Henry A. Wallace Chair for Sustainable Agriculture, 2000-2007

Lorna Michael Butler was the first holder of the Henry A. Wallace Endowed Chair for Sustainable Agriculture. She held the position from February 2000 to February 2007. Dr. Butler concurrently served as a Professor in the Departments of Sociology and Anthropology at Iowa State University. As Wallace Chair, she placed a priority on exploring the socio-cultural and international dimensions of sustainable agriculture. More (PDF 14KB).
